Louis Toscani is a seasoned alternative investments executive with over 15 years of experience in strategy, structuring, capital raising, and deal origination. He has successfully led over USD 30 billion in fundraising campaigns across private equity, venture capital, private credit, real estate, and digital assets, partnering with global institutional investors, family offices, and asset managers.
Most recently, Louis served as Executive Director of Investor Relations at the Events Investment Fund (EIF) in Riyadh, where he led international fundraising for a USD 5.5 billion live entertainment and real estate fund aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. Prior to EIF, he held leadership roles at Patrimonium Asset Management, Bank Vontobel, Abraaj Capital, and Credit Suisse, where he spearheaded capital formation, structured new fund strategies, and built global partnerships.
Louis began his career at HSBC in London and a Zurich-based family office, gaining early exposure to investment banking, private equity, and real estate transactions. Alongside his professional work, he is a visiting lecturer in private markets and portfolio risk management at the London School of Economics (LSE) and the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
Louis is a registered representative with Compass Securities Corporation, Member FINRA/SIPC broker/dealer. He holds the Series 82 and 63 licenses.
